Airica is responsible for turning the Crescantz Health vision into an operating health system.

She leads the integration, growth and performance of the enterprise across hospitals, ambulatory care, diagnostics and imaging, pharmacies and other healthcare services, while also providing system-wide leadership for nursing.
Experience
Airica is a fourth-generation nurse and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience from the bedside to the boardroom.

She has served as a health system President and CEO, President and COO, Chief Nursing Executive and senior enterprise executive, with leadership experience across The MetroHealth System, Sinai Chicago, Presence Health, AMITA Health, Ascension, UI Health and Advocate Health Care.
​
Her work has included turnarounds, acquisitions, enterprise integration, clinical and nursing transformation, population health, digital health, operating-model redesign and large-scale performance improvement.
​
That breadth matters at Crescantz Health because her responsibility is not simply to run one part of the business. It is to help multiple parts of the system work together.

Healthcare is personal to Airica. Four generations of her family have worked in nursing and care, beginning with her great-grandmother, a midwife.
