Experience

Derrick has spent his career leading complex healthcare organizations through growth, restructuring, integration and operational change.

His experience includes senior executive roles across major academic, public and regional health systems, including MetroHealth, Hennepin Healthcare, Northern Light Health, Howard University Hospital and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

At Northern Light Health, he helped lead the transition from a holding-company model to an integrated operating structure across an eight-hospital system. Earlier in his career, he was involved in the development of what became UMass Memorial Health Care.

For Derrick, those organizations are part of the experience he brings to Crescantz Health, rather than the story itself.
