Brad brings 25 years of enterprise transformation experience, including more than 14 years focused on healthcare.

Before joining Crescantz Health, he served as Chief Performance Officer at The MetroHealth System, where he led a system-wide transformation program that generated more than $100 million in recurring annual margin improvement across areas including access, acute care, perioperative services, revenue cycle, and workforce management.
​
His previous experience also includes transformation leadership at Highmark Health and Cleveland Clinic.

At Crescantz Health, his work spans integration, shared services, technology, enterprise data, revenue cycle, procurement, supply chain, and the systems needed to connect new organizations into one scalable health platform.
